Clinicals. A job. A family. An exam date coming at you. You open four resources, finish none of them, and end the night with no idea whether the day moved your score. Effort is not your problem. Nobody has built you a plan that fits the hours you actually have, or told you what to leave alone. Apply and we will.
Applying is not a commitment and it is not a payment. It is how we check that this is the right program for your timeline, and that you are not about to buy the wrong thing.
Real students, real result screenshots. This is what the other side of the plan looks like.

Based on PT Hustle Review Program applications submitted this year.
Built for the hours you actually have
Most study schedules are written for someone with no clinicals, no shifts and no family. That is why you fall behind in week two and then study out of guilt. The Review Program starts from your real calendar and tells you what to do with the time you have, and just as importantly, what to skip.
45 to 60 focused minutes on the drive-home days, with the heavy blocks parked on your days off. The plan moves with your rotation instead of shaming you for it.
Every live workshop is recorded, so nothing is lost if you are treating patients at 7pm. You watch on your schedule and keep the same weekly targets.
Exam pushed back, or a retake sooner than you planned? The calendar system rebuilds around the new date. You get a full year of access, so a change of plan does not cost you the program.
Our students consistently tell us they studied fewer hours on this plan than they did on their own, and finally knew what each hour was for.
Why we look at all of you
Two students both score 570 for completely different reasons. You would never give every patient with knee pain the same plan of care, and we will not do that to you either. The Review Program is organised around five domains, not just content, because that is what the exam actually asks of you.

What you actually know, scored by system, so you stop re-reading what you already have.
How you read a stem, narrow, and commit. Usually where the points are going.
Second-guessing, spiraling after a bad block, and changing right answers to wrong ones.
Sleep, movement, food and focus. Block four is an endurance event and your brain is an organ.
Being grounded in something bigger than a score report, so one exam stops defining your worth.
Coach K is a man of faith, and it is part of how he coaches. Many of our students pray before they test, and we will pray with you if you ask us to.
That is not a requirement and it is never a sales tactic. If faith is not your thing, spirituality in our method simply means being grounded: knowing who you are outside of this exam, so a bad practice score stops meaning something about your worth. Either way, you will be treated like a whole person here, not a score.
Why volume stops working
Every resource you have bought so far sells you more content, because content is the only thing anyone knows how to sell. So you study more hours, retain less, and the practice score does not move. More information is not the intervention.
Recall under fatigue, choosing between two plausible answers, and staying calm in block four are skills. They are trainable, and they are why a well rounded plan beats a longer one. This is what the Review Program is built around.
We score all five before we tell you to buy anything.
What the application actually gets you
Not a demo. An NPTE specialist walks your timeline, your practice data and the hours you actually have, and tells you what your plan should look like.
A short worksheet before the call gets your weak points on paper. You keep it, and it is useful even if you never join a program.
If you test in three weeks, this is the wrong buy and we will say so. If what you really need is coaching rather than a self paced plan, we will tell you that too.
What we will not do: pressure you, invent a deadline, or drop the price to get a yes. If it is not right, it is not right.
After you hit submit
14 questions. Exam date, attempt history, last score, what you have already tried.
A person reads it, not a robot. If timing or fit is wrong we tell you by text.
30 minutes with our team. Worksheet first, diagnosis second, recommendation last.
Start date and payment, or the honest alternative. No call-ending deadline.
Inside the Review Program
Find your specific weaknesses across the five domains and build the calendar from them.
The part nobody else gives you: what to study each day, and what to leave alone.
With the PowerPoints, plus recordings of the live workshops if you cannot attend live.
Over 100 practice questions with video breakdowns of how each one tries to trap you.
Plus mini quizzes and over 1000 practice questions, with error analysis built in.
Renewable at a reduced rate afterwards, so a moved exam date does not cost you the program.
Honest fit
What we will and will not say
Anyone who guarantees you a pass is selling you something. The exam is yours to sit and the work is yours to do. We will not pretend otherwise to close you.
A complete plan built on your data, the full program for a year, and a straight answer on the call about whether this is even the right program for your timeline.
This one is self paced. You run the calendar. If you already know what to do and you are still not doing it, say that on the call, because coaching is the honest fix.
No surprises on the call
You should not need a 30 minute call to find out the price. Here it is, so you can decide whether to spend your time.
Real students, real attempts
“Before joining the course I was scoring in the low 500s. Worth every penny and I felt more confident than any other standardized test I have ever taken.”
Laken BabicsLifelong standardized-test struggler
“Before the program, I simply did not know how to study.” He had been reading review books cover to cover. Weeks one and two built the plan and found the weaknesses.

“Powerful concepts that go beyond the content. They will move mountains.”

Hey PT,
If you are reading this, you are serious about passing, and you probably do not have as much time to study as everyone assumes you do.
Here is what twelve years of this has taught me. A well rounded approach beats a longer one, every time. Think about getting in shape. If you eat right, train right and sleep, you get there on far fewer hours than the person grinding blindly in the gym.
The NPTE works the same way. Content, test taking skill, health, mindset and groundedness. Fix all five and you will study less and be far more likely to pass.
I failed 13 standardized exams before I scored an 800 on the NPTE. I did not get smarter in between. I got honest about what was actually broken, and it was almost never the content.
Fill out the application and let us look at your timeline honestly. If this is not the right program for you, I would rather tell you that than take your money.

Questions people actually ask
An NPTE specialist from our team reads it and texts you, usually the same day. If your timing or fit is off, we tell you then instead of putting you on a call.
No. There is no payment and no obligation. It is how we decide whether the Review Program is the right fit for your timeline, and how the call starts somewhere useful.
$1,997 for the whole program, with a full year of access. You can pay in full or use Klarna or Afterpay at checkout to break it into monthly payments. The plan you are offered depends on what you are approved for, so we will not quote you a monthly figure we cannot honor.
The Review Program gives you the complete path and you run it. Coaching adds intervention: live classes three times a week, 1:1 time, accountability and weekly feedback on your data. If you know what to do and you are not doing it, you need coaching, not more information. You can look at the Coaching Program from the programs section on this page, and the call will tell you honestly which one fits.
Students do. If you start here and find you need more support, tell your coach and we will talk about what moving up looks like for your situation. Nothing you buy here is wasted if you move up.
That is who it is built for. Everything is self paced, the live workshops are recorded, and the calendar is built from the hours you actually have rather than the hours a generic schedule assumes.
No. This program is built for 10 weeks or more. Inside that window the honest answer is the Pass System or the Crash Course, and we will point you there.
Coach K is a man of faith and it shapes how he coaches, but faith is never required here. Spirituality in our method means being grounded outside of this exam. If you want us to pray with you, we will. If not, nothing changes about your program.
Yes. Questions, videos and strategies are updated on a rolling basis, and everything is aligned to the 2024 and later NPTE format.
A full year, renewable afterwards at a reduced rate.
No. There is enough content, strategy and practice volume in the program to get well past a passing score. Some students choose to buy extra PEATs for more full length practice.
One application. One honest read on your timeline. Then you decide. If we are not the right fit, you will leave knowing what is.
You get the entire Review Program for a full year, renewable afterwards at a reduced rate, so a pushed exam date or a change of plan does not cost you the program. Everything is recorded and self paced, so the plan fits around clinicals, shifts and work rather than the other way around.
